For up to 200 guests, a smaller screen works well for intimate settings. For 200 to 500 guests, a mid-size screen delivers a strong viewing experience. For 500 or more, we recommend our largest format screens. Tell us your guest count and venue and we will recommend the right size.

Projection screens work best in low-light conditions — evening and nighttime events deliver the clearest picture quality. For daytime events or events in direct sunlight, our Jumbotron and LED screen rentals are the better option.

Every rental includes the screen, professional projector, sound system, AV equipment, all cabling, delivery, professional setup, on-site operation by our crew, and full breakdown after your event.

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance. During peak outdoor event season — spring through early fall — availability fills quickly, so earlier is always better.
